The Reuven Sadnai Sailing Beach was inaugurated on Friday July 2, 2010, in a stylish ceremony with the participation of Haifa’s mayor, the Portuguese embassador to Israel, and many other dignities.

The International 420 Class World Championships has been hosted in our club during July 22-31, 2010. 160 boats (320 sailors) from 23 countries – 6 continents – took part in the event. The worlds champions in the open championship are from Singapore, while Italy took the Ladies’ championship as well as most other trophies. The full results are available here. העמותה משלבת בתוכה גם מועדון בוגרים בו לוקחים חלק שייטים בוגרי המעדון והורים חובבי שייט .
מבין פעולותינו השונות פועלת האגודה גם במישורים חברתיים קהילתיים ותורמת למסגרות חברתיות שונות
כמו זיו נעורים ,אתגרים וכדומהתודותינו לאנשים הנפלאים והנדירים המקדשים מזמנם החופשי לפעילות המעדון,לספוסנרים השונים ובייחוד לחברת צים וחברת קורל.

המועדון הוקם בשנת ב-1993 ומשכנו במתחם החוף השקט משנת 2003 בתחילת דרכו פעל המועדון בקישון , אולם חזונם של ראובן סדנאי ושותפיו הביאו להעתיקו מחדש במתחם השייט בחוף השקט ,הפועל בשיתוף עם המרכז הימי חיפה.
